    • When you Sell Avon, you earn a great percentage (25% on beauty) on everything you sell after your first $40 in campaign sales and your earnings increase as you move toward the Premier level (guaranteed 30% on beauty) and President’s Club level (guaranteed 40% on beauty). Earn up to 50% commission on beauty when you achieve the highest sales level, Inner Circle.
    • With Avon’s new Pathway to Premier incentive, new reps can earn up to $3,250 in their first 8 campaigns (16 weeks). Reps can earn up to 25% sales commission plus a $20 bonus for every $200 in award sales in a campaign plus a 10% bonus on every $1,000 in cumulative sales. What is an Avon campaign? Each Avon campaign runs for two weeks. There are 26 Avon campaigns in a sales cycle. All new Avon Representatives must submit their Avon orders online or via FAST Talk (Avon’s automated phone system).

How much does it cost to start selling Avon? The cost to Start Selling Avon Online starts at $0. That’s right, absolutely nothing! But hurry, this is a limited time offer.

Do I have to sign up to sell Avon with a local Avon Representative? I currently have a team of 1,500 Avon Representatives from all over the United States. You do not have to Sign up to Sell Avon under someone in your area.

Do I have to meet a sales quota with Avon? In order to earn sales’ commission, your total orders (the combination of traditional and online) for 2 weeks must be $40 or more. With Avon’s new Pathway to Premier program, you can earn up to 65% commission in your first 4 months.

Will I have an Avon sales territory? Absolutely not! There are no sales territories with Avon which gives you the power to build a huge customer base all over your city, state, or even further. With the power of the Internet, you can Sell Avon Online to customers all over the USA.

Are there any other costs associated with selling Avon? Yes, there are a few other costs you should be aware of with Selling Avon. Each campaign that you place an order, you will be charged a shipping fee. Don’t worry though…when you collect the .75 cent order charge from your customers, it is yours to keep to cover your Avon selling costs. The only other costs you will be responsible for when Selling Avon are buying your own catalogs (starting at $6.49 for a pack of 10 and get less expensive the more you buy), samples (optional), and sales tools (Avon branded sales tools like bags – also optional).

Does Avon provide training? Yes but because this is your own Avon business, it is up to you to take advantage of Avon events, online training courses, and read Avon materials. Avon will not force you to do anything so you must be self-disciplined and make the most of your business if you want to be a successful Avon Representative.

How much do you make selling Avon? As a new Avon Representative, you will earn 25% sales commission on all beauty and 20% on home & fashion as long as your orders every 2 weeks total $40 or more. Since Avon bills you for the cost of the products, the One Simple Fee, and any sales tools you order…the amount left over from your customers’ payments is your profit. See the example below:

Amount Collected from Customers – Amount you Owe Avon (Cost of Products + One Simple Fee + Sales Tools) = Your Profit

How do you get Paid Selling Avon Online? You will get paid 2 business days after an online order ships to your customer’s house. You must be signed up for direct deposit.

How do you get Paid for Building an Avon Team? When you start recruiting or building your own team of Avon Representatives, you have the opportunity to earn bonus money through incentives and a leadership deposit. If you are set up for direct deposit, you will receive all leadership earnings through a direct deposit to your bank every other week. If you are not set up for direct deposit, you will receive your leadership earnings on a prepaid Visa card.
